Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Custom or personalized items (including engraved or made-to-order products) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@wornbyfaith.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
